October 15, 2009, Tri-County Black Chamber of Commerce inaugurated its international arm - Tri-County International Chamber of Commerce. TCICC mission is to facilitate the development and preparedness of micro and small business enterprises seeking export and import opportunities in new and viable global markets for financial prosperity. TCICC vision is to become the leading international network for Black Business Enterprises; increasing the number and capability of Black firms engaged in international trade and commerce by providing the assistance needed to develop skills to meet their export and import goals
